- So the Out Together project is something which we've adopted at Wellways where our intention is to employee people as NDIS support workers, who identify as being part of the LGBTIQ community. And then what we're doing is identifying participants, of our NDIS services who also identify as being part of the LGBTIQ community and matching them up. So it gives participants more choice and control around who they'd like to work with.

- Bringing people who identify openly as P workers and use that experience as well as their own experience of disability which may be physical, it may be psycho-social disability, and to use that to connect and work with people in the NDIS who also identify as LGBTIQ+, as a way of coming together, a new way of relating and to improve choice and control.
